Coordination meeting of the rector of the University with the Director of University Publications, deans of colleges and editors of scientific journals
On Wednesday, October 11th, 2023, the Rector, Professor boufendi Tawfiq, At Systems Center, Communication Clips, Televised Education and Distance Education, chaired a coordination meeting with the Director of University Publications, Dr. Zainab Mushi, in the presence of the deans of the colleges, Deputy Director in Charge of Development, Guidance and Supervision, Editors, Editors and Network itorial Officers.
During this meeting, the status of the scientific journals of the University of 20 August 1955 was discussed and several points were addressed, including:
Discussion of the Basic Law and the Internal Law of University Publications
The need to activate journals classified through the participation of professors from various colleges and to support the Directorate of University Publications with adequate information.
Create and activate the UAE magazine and display all meetings, sessions, field grades, cultural, recreational and sporting activities at the university
Presentation of magazine classification criteria one by one
In his speech, the rector stressed the need to pay attention to scientific legacy, university publications and university visual, especially with the University of 20 August 1955 Skikkah receiving the second place in equity with the University of Setif 1 in the Times World University Ranking.
